Made in 1 Day Guarantee Products (Blinds and Cellular Shades):
Must be canceled before 5 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the following business day to qualify for a full refund.
Example: If you order at 6 PM, you must cancel before 5 AM the next morning so production can be stopped.
All Other Products:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once production has begun, we cannot cancel, refund, or issue credits under any circumstance, as each order is custom-made for your specific measurements.
In addition to free samples and free shipping with every purchase, we have a return policy in place, offering full refunds and exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where we grant only partial refunds (if applicable):
* Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that’s returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it’ll be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. To exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@rvblinds.com
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver and they’ll be notified of your return.
